RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the activity of the QA Department.

Train QA Staff.

Conduct Performance Evaluation and Audits that are timely and constructive.

DUTIES

Coordinates Product Testing Processes.

Participates in Product Testing.

Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs and defects and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products, recommends and facilitates solution to these issues.

Reviews Customer and Vendor feedback.

Maintains compliance w/federal, state and local organizational laws and regulations.

Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer skills. (JobBoss, MQ1)

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years experience required.

Supervisory experience a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

(Short periodic breaks are encouraged.)

Must be able to lift 15 lbs. at times.

Must be able to work in close environment with people from other departments.
