Capabilities
A. Rotary end forming to 6.00 diameter. Applications include machine end finish of tube, flaring and beading to MIL – Specification
B. Ram – Multi hit to 3.00 diameter applications to include double flare, expanding / reducing OD and special ends that require more than one forming stage
C. Rotary Swaging to 2.25 diameter. Due to forging process of material in reducing OD during this operation the application is most common for control rods for aircraft
D. Internal swage to 1.5 diameter. Process is used to attach grooved fitting to end of tube
